The Mount Beacon Fire Tower built in 1931 by H.F. Hedoecock Builders. The tower's height is 60 feet. The cabin is seven foot squared and has 72 steps with a maximum height of 1,650 feet above sea level.  On a clear day, the fire tower yields 75 miles of viewing pleasure.
